Mindfulness, also called insight meditation, is the cultivation of a clear knowing, non-judgmental awareness of the mind-body. Mindfulness naturally leads to levels of calm, stress reduction and insight into the mind body connection. Mindfulness is universal and non-sectarian, everyone is welcome!

We sincerely wish you all the best as you embark on deepening your mindfulness practice for your own happiness and well-being, your friends and family, and even the whole world!
