Buffalo Mindfulness Center Winter 2018 Intro to Mindfulness Class (2/4)

Join the Buffalo Mindfulness Center for this supportive and freely offered 4 week mindfulness course at Unity Buffalo: 1243 Delaware Ave., Buffalo, NY!

The course starts on Sunday, January 7 and will last for 4 weeks, meeting once a week every Sunday for 1.5 hours (7 pm to 8:30 pm).

The course will use a combination of guided meditations (including MP3 files for home practice), lectures, homework, and Q&A sessions to facilitate the learning process.

Donations will gladly be accepted and will help us in continuing to offer authentic mindfulness trainings freely to our beloved Buffalo community!

Of note, the classes are progressive with each class building on meditations from the previous class. You will find the most benefit and understanding by attending all 4 classes.

Mindfulness, also called insight meditation, is the cultivation of a clear knowing, non-judgmental awareness of the mind-body. Mindfulness naturally leads to levels of calm, stress reduction and insight into the mind body connection. Mindfulness is universal and non-sectarian, everyone is welcome!
