Weekly Friday Evening Mindfulness Meditation Group, meets in Williamsville at the North Church every week.
After 2 rounds of guided sitting (25 mins) and walking (10 mins) meditation, the evening will end with reflections on secular and or spiritual mindfulness meditation practices.
The Williamsville group is normally facilitated by Paul unless he is traveling for work. Otherwise, the group will be facilitated by another member from Buffalo Mindfulness.
People new to secular or the spiritually of mindfulness are welcomed to join us!
