Join us as we continue to explore the need for a regular mindfulness/insight meditation sitting group in Williamsville!
After 2 rounds of guided sitting (25 mins) and walking (10 mins) meditation, the evening will end with reflections on the meditation practice. The Williamsville group is normally facilitated by Paul unless he is traveling for work. Otherwise, the group will be facilitated by another member from Buffalo Mindfulness.
